No Credible Sighting Of Missing Limerick Mom: DA Says

Investigators have received hundreds of tips and interviewed numerous people associated with Jennifer Brown, police said.

LIMERICK, PA —Investigators have received hundreds of tips from the general public about the whereabouts of Jennifer Brown, but unfortunately none have provided any significant leads, and there have been no credible sightings, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele said Wednesday.

It has been eight days since Brown was reported missing from her home in Stratford Court, Limerick Township.

Limerick police and Montgomery County detectives continue to actively investigate to find Brown.

“Our detectives are looking at all aspects of her disappearance and have interviewed numerous people connected to her life,” Steele said.

“The investigation into Jennifer Brown’s disappearance is an active investigation and at this time, we cannot provide any specific details without jeopardizing our work.”

Brown was last seen at 2 p.m. Jan. 3 by a friend and business associate in the Limerick/Royersford area.

Brown was scheduled to pick up her 8-year-old son from the bus stop the following afternoon on Jan. 4, but did not show up, police said.

Her vehicle was parked outside of her home, and her car keys, wallet, purse and work cellphone were found inside.

Her friends have set up Facebook pages to share information.

Brown’s family has increased the reward for information leading to her whereabouts to $15,000.
