Police Investigate Suspicious Vehicle in Area

A man in a white van reportedly spoke to a child in Upper Hanover Township.

The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a suspicious vehicle that was reported on Morgan Hill Drive in Upper Hanover Township on Sunday morning.

Just before 9:30 a.m., a man in a white box-style minivan with a possible ladder on top reportedly had a “very general conversation” with a child, police said.

The vehicle was driven by a while male in his 50’s or 60’s and was 5-feet, 10-inches tall. The man was wearing a navy blue shirt, according to police.
