Limerick Patch: When did you open your business?

Railroad St. Bar & Grill: The Rail opened 2006.

LP: Who is your ideal client or customer?

RSBG: All customers are ideal

LP: What makes your business unique from others in your field?

RSBG: There is no place like the Rail anywhere in the country (from what I have found) What makes us differ from everywhere else is the our extensive rare beer menu, and unique food menu. Also, the fact that we are a place for all, from kids to grown ups we have something for you!

LP: What made you decide to open a business?

RSBG: I really did not plan on ever opening a bar, when things got bad in the Real estate Market I needed to do something....this turned out to be it.

LP: What’s your most popular item?

RSBG: Grilled Cheese we have over 30 different options and creations.

LP: What make’s your community special?

RSBG: The fact that our community is a tight knit, family oriented community that makes us special. Limerick is a community where the people still "hold the door for each other" something hard to find. We still have it!

LP: Where can customers find your specials?

RSBG: We have standard specials: $2 Cheesesteaks on Tuesdays, Dollar Tacos on Wednesday, Thursday is Wing night and Kids eat free. 

LP: What are your chef’s specialties?

RSBG: OFF THE WALL....no other way to explain it.
