Royersford Café to Raise Money for Veterans

Main Street Café in Royersford, in conjunction with Not So Publishing, are holding a fundraiser Friday evening to support local veterans.

From 5-8 p.m., guests at the café, located at 263 Main Street, can support the Philadelphia Veterans Multi-Service and Education Center, Inc. (PVMSEC) by making a donation, purchasing a book or a balloon among other opportunities to give, according to organizer Monica Rebbie, president of Not So Publishing.

"PVMSEC runs only on grants and donations,” said Rebbie.  “They help returning vets heal in many ways - they assist with medical care, counseling, basic needs for homeless Vets such as shower clean clothes and food.”
