Spring City Area Man Wanted For First-Degree Murder: Police
Police continue to search for Quinzell Chucky Mickey, 41, in the April 15 fatal shooting in East Vincent Township.

WEST CHESTER, PA —It’s been three weeks since an arrest warrant was issued for Quinzell Chucky Mickey in the murder of a 33-year-old man and police are actively searching for Mickey.
Mickey, 41, is described as a Black male, who is five feet, eight inches tall, and weighs about 250 pounds.
Mickey is accused of killing William Stafford in a parking lot at Park Springs Apartment Community, East Vincent Township, where the two resided.

The victim was a passenger in Mickey's vehicle when the slaying occurred just after 2:30 a.m. Saturday in the parking lot at the
Police did not disclose a motive in the slaying.

According to the police:
A surveillance camera outside the suspect’s apartment showed the suspect shooting the victim when the victim was outside of the vehicle, and then shooting him again at close range when the victim was on the ground.
The video also showed the suspect fleeing from the scene.
