Spring City Area Man Wanted For First-Degree Murder: Police
Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward for information about Quinzell Mickey, 41, in the April 15 fatal shooting in East Vincent Township.

WEST CHESTER, PA —It’s been six weeks since an arrest warrant was issued for Quinzell Chucky Mickey in the murder of a 33-year-old man and police are actively searching for Mickey.
Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest of Mickey.
Mickey, 41, is described as a Black male, who is five feet, eight inches tall, and weighs about 250 pounds.

Mickey is accused of killing William Stafford on April 15 in a parking lot at Park Springs Apartment Community, East Vincent Township, where the two resided.
The victim was a passenger in Mickey's vehicle when the slaying occurred just after 2:30 a.m. in the parking outside Mickey's apartment.

Police did not disclose a motive in the slaying.
A surveillance camera outside the suspect’s apartment showed the suspect shooting the victim when the victim was outside of the vehicle, and then shooting him again at close range when the victim was on the ground.
The video also showed the suspect fleeing from the scene.
