Spring-Ford Basketball Falls To Perkiomen Valley In PAC Title Game

Spring-Ford battled it out with Perkiomen Valley but ultimately lost a close game in the conference championship.

ROYERSFORD, PA -- Spring-Ford's boys basketball team battled it out with Perkiomen Valley but ultimately lost a close game in the conference championship.

The Rams fell 52-45 in the hard-fought match-up. Noah Baker led the team in scoring with 14 points.

Their record is 17-7 on the year.

According to MaxPreps, the Rams are ranked 1,909th nationally, while Perkiomen Valley is now 696th. PV's record improved to 20-3.

The Vikings swept the season series against the Rams, although the Rams made it closer each time. They lost in a blowout in December, but lost a closer game 65-58 last month.

In 2016, Spring-Ford beat PV in the conference finals in overtime.
