<a href="http://www.sfsnap.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Spring-Ford Post-Prom Party (SNAP)</a> is looking for bands to audition for Spring-Ford Live, a concert scheduled for October 11. The organization is looking for several bands to audition – each band must have at least one Spring-Ford Area School District student between grades 7 and 12. The grand prize is free enrollment to the Winter 2014 session of the Rock and Roll After School Band Program, valued at $350 per member. In the program, participants will rehearse each Saturday with a private band coach and will write at least two songs to perform in a professional venue. Those interested in participating are asked to contact James Johnson (610) 420-0284, jjohnson@sunconsult.net and Maria Hadfield (610) 291-5689, mhadfield@hadfieldproperties.com.
