Video footage shows Royer stopped at a Sunoco station on Route 100 in Upper Macungie Township early Friday. Royer's route would probably have taken him south on 100 past Macungie Park.

Other video surveillance later showed his vehicle in Lebanon County—about a half hour from his home, according to a Philadelphia Inquirer report.
