LOWER MORELAND, PA — A dog was found in Lower Moreland recently and police are asking the public for help in tracking down her family.
The small black female dog was found late on the night of Friday, March 1 near the corner of Welsh and Pine roads.
She was wearing a pink collar with rhinestones.
