Start it off right at the on Thursday, Feb. 2 at 2 p.m. where members from Abington Memorial Hospital will teach how to live a more heart-healthy lifestyle. Learn important information from a cardiac homecare specialist and a hospital social worker.
The event will be held in the community room on the library's top floor.
