Lower Moreland Music Boosters February Fundraisers Lined Up

Our students and parent volunteers have been working on an impressive agenda of fundraisers, and our February calendar is jam packed with a variety of fun-filled community events for all ages, followed by the very first Lower Moreland All-Band Evening (details below) in March!
 
We are in need of donations for our fundraising events, and would be ever so grateful if you would consider helping us out with one or more of our worthwhile projects.  Here are the event dates along with a brief description of how you can help:
 
February 3 - Minute to Win It!, 7:00 p.m.; LM High School Auditorium
This one is being organized entirely by the students, who have provided us a "wish list" of supplies they need for each game they have chosen for this event (see list at the bottom of this email, thanks!).
 
February 11 - Applebee's Flapjack Fundraiser, 8:00-10:00 a.m., Applebee's Southampton, 1063 Street Rd., Southampton
This one is really easy…simply purchase a ticket from a music student, then show up between 8 AM and 10 AM on February 11 to be served a delicious breakfast served to you by our music students!
 
February 25 - Pasta Dinner  for Jazz Ensemble to Savannah, 5:00-7:00 p.m.; Murray Avenue School cafeteria (Multi-purpose room)

March 8 - All-Band Evening
You will not want to miss the premiere of the Lower Moreland All-Band Evening, a community concert showcasing music ensembles featuring our youngest students from Pine Road School, to our "middle-aged" Murray Avenue School ensembles, to the top of the hill with the LM High School students.  Further information forthcoming…Volunteers and donations will be needed.  We do not have a list just yet, but we promise we will send you updates and reminder messages!
 
If your student participates in the music program at Lower Moreland, please be sure to thank the following Maestro Members, volunteers, and businesses in the community for supporting music at Lower Moreland, and don't forget to thank our outstanding music staff for their dedication to our kids!
