LOWER MORELAND, PA — A small dog went for a walk in Lower Moreland on Wednesday night and has not been seen since.
Chloe, a 12-year-old Jack Russell and chihuahua mix, was last spotted near her home in the area of Pennypack Lane and Fetters Mill Road.
