A. Recommend approval of the retirement of Nancy Hamill, Pine Road School, 5th Grade Teacher, effective June 14, 2012.
B. Recommend approval of the retirement of Bobbie Koenig, Pine Road School, Learning Support Teacher, effective June 14, 2012.
C. Recommend approval to attend Professional Meetings as attached.
D. Recommend approval of the retirement of Charles Hutchings, Murray Avenue School, Music Teacher, effective June 14, 2012.
E. Recommend approval of an FMLA for Rebecca Elias, Murray Avenue School, 7/8 English Teacher, effective approximately September 13, 2012 through December 11, 2012 followed by an Uncompensated Leave effective December 12, 2012 through January 26, 2013.

A. Recommend approval of Wilson Fundations Teacher Kits and classroom accessories for Kindergarten in the amount of $3,450 for the 2012-2013 school year.
B. Recommend approval of AP Economics Student Edition (McConnell) for AP Economics in the amount of $6,650 for the 2012-2013 school year.
C. Recommend approval of adoption of adjusted 2011-2012 Federal Program allocations.

B. Recommend approval of LM Enrichment Program to use the High School Pool for Water Aerobics Class, April 17, 2012 through June 7, 2012 from 8:15pm β 8:45pm. No fee.
C. Recommend approval of SPEAC (Special Education Alliance Committee) to use the High School Pool, Gym, Room 101 and Snack Stand for a βKids Night Outβ on May 12, 2012 from 5:30pm β 10:00pm. No fee.
D. Recommend approval of the Lower Moreland High School to use the Auditorium for Graduation on June 6, 2012 from 5:00pm β 10:00pm. No fee.
E. Recommend approval of the Lower Moreland High School to use the Auditorium for Senior Awards Program on May 21, 2012 from 6:00pm β 10:00pm. No fee.
F. Recommend approval of the Spanish Club to use the World Studies Classroom for βSpanish Idolβ on May 2, 2012 from 6:00pm β 7:30pm. No fee.

F. Recommend approval of the 2012-2013 Proposed Final Budget in the amount of $40,697,709, per the attached.
G. Recommend approval of Change Order E-3, Solar Photovoltaic Project, in the amount of $10,000 to make the necessary wiring changes and to install additional protective equipment required to meet the electrical code requirements. The work was completed at all three schools and had to be completed prior to placing the system into operation.
H. Recommend approval of a one year extension of the Janitorial Services Contract as attached.
I. Recommend approval of a one year extension of the Grounds Maintenance Services Contract as attached.
