Greenhill Group is proposing to build 284 apartment units on 9.5 acres of property. By requirement, the township is responsible in mailing out a letter only to residents who live within a very small radius whenever there is a zoning change. Since this project doesn't fall under that category, many people reading this may not be aware of the news.
The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in the township municipal building. The letter says βany interested resident is invited to attend."
The property includes a pool and club house as amenities.
