An unknown white male was seen on Holt Lane walking away from a Ford F-350 stake body struck. Resident Evan Lieberman, who was walking his dog at the time, heard the male shout to him that he was just looking for something.
Lieberman found this to be strange since he did not initiate any conversation with the male. The male walked between two houses and disappeared. Lieberman approached the white truck and heard air coming out of one of the rear tires.
Cops arrived on scene and discovered all the rear tires had been punctured by a sharp object and part of the driversβ side rear-view mirror was broken off and laying next to the car.Β
The car is owned by Vladimir Iosilevich, 38, of Huntingdon Valley, and he lent the truck to Nikolay Gavrishev, 58, of Huntingdon Valley, where it was tampered with in front of Gavrishevβs house.
December 1 β Heroin overdose
- 3800 block of Ramage Run
LMPD was dispatched to a home on Ramage Run for a heroin overdose. Police arrived at the home and entered through the front door, which was partially ajar. Police saw Boris Silayev, 38, standing in the doorway of the bathroom and he had a cast on his leg and was unsteady on his feet.
His pupils were very constricted and he was sweating. When asked if he took any medication, Silayev told the cops he had taken Percocet. While ambulance personnel and the cop were speaking, Borisβ mother, Klara, walked into the bedroom and showed the officer three wrappers that Boris tried to flush down the toilet.
Klara told police she saw Boris go into the bathroom and lock the door. She then heard and loud bang and didn't hear a response from Boris. She was forced to break the door down and found Boris laying on the floor unconscious.
The wrappers found in the bathroom were: blue waxy paper, small Ziploc clear plastic bag with numerous pictures of a horse head and a torn clear piece of cellophane. An intravenous syringe was found in the cabinet near the toilet. Boris admitted to using heroine within the half hour. He will be charged with Disorderly Conduct for possession of drug paraphernalia.
