Two Men Admit Beating Up Sunoco Employee Over Fake $100 Bill
Two 19-year-olds were given two-year probation sentences, a $300 fine and 36 hours of community service after pleaded guilty to simple assault.

Last May it was reported that a group of men entered the Valley Sunoco and got into a physical altercation with an employee after the employee figured out the men were trying to pass off a $100 counterfeit bill.
One of the men attempted to pay for $30 worth of gas, but once the employee told the man the bill was fake, a shoving match ensued with another employee of Sunoco and the employee was hit in the face. The argument started when the customer asked for his $100 bill back, according to the criminal complaint.
According to a Phillyburbs.com story, two of the men, both 19, pleaded guilty to simple assault last Friday in Montgomery County Court. They were handed two-year probation sentences, a $300 fine and 36 hours of community service.
