$490,000 Model Home Among Weekend's Open Houses

Homes to fit several different sizes of family budget are being shown in the area this weekend.

At least seven open houses are scheduled for this weekend in the Lower Providence area, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

Among them is 214 Caspian Lane, offered at $490,000. This three bedroom, three bathroom home is open on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Also open is 1992 Virginia Lane, a three bedroom, one bathroom home that you can visit from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. It is offered at $229,900.
