1545 N. Trooper Road was built in 1893. The Victorian style home with its distinctive spired turret had six bedrooms and five bathrooms. It's currently only being shown privately.
Closer to the other end of the price spectrum is 41 S. Montgomery Avenue in Jeffersonville. This three bedroom, one bath twin rowhome is offered at a "starter home" price of $100,000.
