Aug. 14 Parks and Recreation Draft Agenda
Among other agenda items, the August meeting will feature a discussion about the new student representative.
The Lower Providence Township Parks and Recreation Department will hold its monthly meeting, tonight, Aug. 14 in the Township Building.
The meeting is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
According to its draft agenda (found on the township's website and attached as a .pdf in the media gallery), the Aug. 14 meeting's expected discussion items include a letter of interest for the board's new student representative and the Aug. 17 .

Also, per an agenda note: In order for a resident to receive formal Board action on any matter he/she must be placed on the agenda. To be placed on the agenda, a letter must be submitted to the Director of Parks and Recreation prior to noon the Tuesday of the week preceding the meeting. All letters should contain the subject matter and a brief description of the request or issue.
The next next Parks and Recreation Meeting is slated for Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012.
