Dreaming of a Pool? You'd Better Get Planning

Eagle Pool and Spa in Lower Providence recommends folks consider their summer plans now.

It may still be winter, but this weekend's almost balmy tempratures are sure to have some residents dreaming of summer. One local business thinks you should do more than dream. You should get planning now for your summer pool addition, according to the folks at Eagle Pool and Spa.

Bobby Waterman, (yes that really is his name), a customer service representative for the locally-owned business said that now is the perfect time to be planning for this summer.

"You should start talking now and you could have it all in for use this summer," said Waterman, of the pool or spa orders coming into the store.

Waterman said it depends on the features you want to add – whether a pool is in-ground or above, and if you add in items like fencing or decking. Those factors affect the project price and time of installation.

Eagle Pool and Spa is most known for its chemical experts.

"People can bring in a water sample and we'll print out a report for them," said Waterman. "We tell them what the water needs, direct them to chemicals and so on. Other pool stores even recommend people to us for that service."
