Fishing Derby Comes to Evansburg State Park

State representatives Marcy Toepel and Mike Vereb hosted a youth fishing derby in Skippack Creek on Saturday.

State representatives Marcy Toepel and Mike Vereb's Youth Fishing Derby brought out anglers of all ages to the banks of Skippack Creek on Saturday.

The group met at 8 a.m. at Evansburg State Park, and enjoyed free entertainment, refreshments and prizes.

The top prize was four tickets to an upcoming Phillies game.
