Girl Scouts Offer Summer Program in Lower Providence to Introduce Little Girls to Scouts

The Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania are offering their “Bridging to Daisy Girl Scouts” summer program in Lower Providence for girls who are entering kindergarten and first grade and are new to the girl scouts.
The four-session program will be held Tuesday evenings from July 30 to August 20 at Saint Andrew’s Lutheran Church on Egypt Road in Eagleville. The program, run by Rachel Johnston and Maeve Vogan, is a sampler of activities intended to introduce the girls to scouting, and will conclude with a certificate for each girl, according to the Girl Scouts.
