Jim And Ralph's, Beloved Collegeville Produce Store, To Shut Down
After nearly half a century of serving the local community, Jim and Ralph's has been forced to close by eminent domain.

COLLEGEVILLE, PA — Beloved Collegeville discount produce outlet Jim and Ralph's has announced that they are closing after nearly half a century of serving the local community.
The closure is due to an eminent domain case with PennDOT, Lower Providence Township, and Montgomery County which will see the shift of the Germantown Pike and Ridge Pike intersection.
"We are not only sad to see our business go, but the family legacy that Jim & Ralph's Produce has carried through three generations," owners shared. "We owe it all to our humble beginnings of a small produce stand started by the namesake, our late father Jim and our late Uncle Ralph. We have never strayed from our original values of selling quality and affordable produce from our family to yours."

The last day for business Jim and Ralph's will be Monday, June 17.
The coming construction project will shift the busy intersection to the other side of the Perkiomen Creek bridge, to the current location of the store. PennDOT says that it will significantly reduce congestion in the area.
