Lower Providence Man Charged with Drug Possession in Whitpain

Jacob Taylor, 21, of Greenes Way, was arraigned and released on $5,000 unsecured bail, police said.

A Lower Providence man was charged, arrested, arraigned and later released on drug charges stemming from a May 20 arrest at 11:40 p.m. in the parking lot of Whitpain Tavern, police said.

Jacob Taylor, 21, of the 1000 block of Greenes Way Circle, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia by Whitpain Township Police.

Taylor was arraigned before District Judge Robert Sobeck of Blue Bell, who set bail at $5,000 unsecured, police said. Taylor is free on bail.

Also arrested that evening in the parking lot was Ryan Loconsole, 21, of the 1400 block of Guiteras Drive, Whitpain, for disorderly conduct, police said.
