Lower Providence To Replace Water Mains, Delays Expected

LOWER PROVIDENCE, PA — Several roads will see restrictions and lane closures in Lower Providence next week as a water main replacement project gets underway.
The work, executed by PA American Water, will begin on Oct. 2.
