LowPro Parents: Find Low-Cost Clothing for Children in Various Sales Today

Today's the day to find the deals on children's clothing. Have you been putting off that school shopping, too? Well, you are in luck. The area is going to offer a plethora of great sales today.

Let's start in Oaks. The Valley Forge Mothers of Twins and Triplets (they must go through a ton of clothes, right?) will have their annual sale tomorrow at the Oaks Green Tree Church of the Brethren. The church is located at 1078 Egypt Road.

This sale plans to feature both children's clothing and equipment. It opens at 9 a.m. to the general public (8:30 a.m. for club members). This sale only takes cash or checks with valid identification. No credit cards.

Still didn't find enough clothing to stock your child's closet? Don't worry, there's more. The Lower Providence Fire Hall along Ridge Pike is advertising its annual "Huge Kids' Sale" for tomorrow, brought to you by Smart Moms. The sale runs 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. On Sunday, if you still have the energy, there is a half-price sale (all items are 50% off) from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Smart Moms sale is at the Lower Providence Fire Hall, 3199 Ridge Pike in Eagleville. The sale features clothing, shoes, costumes, toys, videos/DVDs, equipment, outdoor playsets, furniture, strollers and books. An outdoor tent has been set up for extra equipment.

Still going strong? You go, parents. It's Saturday. We can't believe you have the time to do it all between biddy soccer, pee wee football and cheer practice, but if you're hungry for more, Patch has it.

The Audubon and Oaks Lion's Club Yard Sale will also feature a variety of children's items (and adults, too, at this one. Finally something for mom and dad!). This sale kicks off at 8 a.m. at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, 2725 Egypt Road in Audubon. 

Entry to the Lion's sale is free, and if you have time to refuel in your sale day, there will be a snack bar with a wide variety of lunch and snack items to purchase. All proceeds of the snack bar will benefit the Lions. The Lions' sale runs until 2 p.m.
