MCCC Hosting Yoga & Meditation for Female Veterans
Studies show that yoga can improve sleep and help better manage stress and anxiety.

Calling all female veterans – Montgomery County Community College (MCCC) and the Montgomery County Veterans Center have teamed up to offer free yoga and meditation programs for veterans.
Come to the Veterans Resource Center at MCCC's Central Campus, 340 DeKalb Pike in Blue Bell on at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, April 1. No prior yoga experience is required. Studies show that yoga can help improve sleep, lead to better management of stress and anxiety, improve focus and increase fitness.
