COLLEGEVILLE, PA — Local residents will soon have a new kind of food option nearby.
Pho Mai, a Vietnamese restaurant, is opening up their doors in the coming weeks at the Collegeville Shopping Center.
"This is progress at its finest," the Collegeville Economic Development Corporation said in a social media post about changes going at the shopping center.

Owners describe the restaurant as "healthy and authentic" with a wide mix of unique herbs and vegetables. The menu features pho, bun hue, noodle bowls, rice platters, and more traditional "chef specials" like filet mignon and Chilean sea bass.
An exact opening date has not yet been announced.

With Ursinus College just up the street, student discounts will be available for lunch on weekday afternoons.
