Philadelphians have been named second on Slate's list of worst drivers in America, behind Miami. According to the report, Philadelphia ranks second in collisions and pedestrian strikes and ranks 16th for DWI deaths.
Slate considered years between traffic accidents, automotive fatalities, alcohol related driving deaths, and pedestrian strikes.
