Police: Theft from Vehicle

According to Lower Providence Police, a resident of the 7000 block of Pleasant View Circle in Collegeville, reported that money was stolen from his car on Aug. 13.

The resident told police that he left his car unlocked in his driveway around 7:30 p.m. The following morning, at around 9 a.m., the resident noticed that someone had stolen money from the console. The amount was reported to be $30 in one-dollar bills.

The resident did not know of any suspects, but did state that previous theft from vehicles had occurred to both himself and neighbors.
