Too Cold for Water Ice? No Way!

Crowds are already gathering at Rita's Water Ice locations all over the area for the store's first day of spring free water ice promotion.

But is it too cold for water ice? No way, said customers at the Trooper location at 2810 West Ridge Pike. Swing by and pick up your free sample sometime today before they close at 9 p.m.
