Wegmans in Collegeville Evacuated for Kitchen Fire
Firefighters responded to the popular grocery store for a report of a fire just before 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
A Patch reader reported an evacuation in progress at the Wegmans gorcery store in Providence Town Center in Collegeville Wednesday morning.
Several units responded to the scene just before 11:30 a.m. on April 3 for what tunred out to be a small kitchen fire that was brought under control quickly. Customers and employees had evacuated the store while firefighters dealt with the incident.
No one was reported injured in the incident.
