Investigation Leads To Child Pornography Charges Against Lower Southampton Man
Lower Southampton Police said the 29-year-old township man was charged with possessing and distributing child pornography.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —A 29-year-old Lower Bucks County man has been charged with possessing and distributing child pornography, authorities said.
Ryan Gallagher was charged with both possessing and distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material and related charges. He surrendered on Tuesday and was arraigned with bail set at $75,000 unsecured.
Lower Southampton Township Police Detectives said on Feb. 8 that they began an investigation into a National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTip.

As a result, a search warrant was issued for a township home and one of the occupants, Gallagher said that the email addresses were used by him.
Police said that several electronics and storage devices were seized during the execution of the search warrant. A forensic analysis was conducted on Gallagher's cell phone.

A review of the extracted data yielded numerous video files of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM/Child Pornography). Detectives also determined that Gallagher shared CSAM on a messenger application.
