Man Charged In Cold Stone Creamery Burglary in Feasterville
Theron A. Brusch III was arrested Tuesday in Wisconsin for the October 2022 burglary, authorities said.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Wisconsin man has been charged with the burglary of a Feasterville business in October 2022, police said.
With assistance from the Bucks County Sheriff's Department and the Bucks County District Attorney's Office, the Lower Southampton Township Police Department said that Theron A. Brusch III was arrested in Wisconsin on Tuesday.
Brusch, 49, of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, was video arraigned on Wednesday, and bail was denied, police said. Brusch was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility during the process.

Police responded to the Cold Stone Creamery in Feasterville for the report of an overnight burglary.
Following an investigation, Brusch was identified as one of the suspects involved.
