New Saladworks Restaurant Opens in Southampton

Making Salad the Main Course, Saladworks Offers Fresh, Customizable Salads and More

Saladworks, the nation’s leading fast-casual, entree salad franchise, is now open in Southampton by a local pair of siblings. Located at 484 Second Street Pike, the new restaurant focuses on customization through its array of over 60 fresh, flavorful and healthy ingredients – allowing guests to create a salad as original as they are. In addition to its Signature recipes, Saladworks offers create-your-own options, including salads, wraps, grain bowls, soups and more.

Saladworks Southampton is owned and operated by local entrepreneurs and siblings Alvin and Kinnari Patel. Alvin has over twenty years of experience in the food service industry. He previously worked as a director of operations for a chain of coffee shops, overseeing annual revenue and expenses. Kinnari also has over ten years of experience in the food service industry, and has worked as an emergency medical technician and scientist for five years. The two became interested in franchise ownership because they wanted to make an impact upon the local community. As regular patrons of Saladworks for almost ten years, the pair felt drawn to the Saladworks mission to make healthy foods accessible and convenient, and wanted to share these fresh options with their community. This is their second Saladworks location, with their first located in Lansdale, which opened in January.

“We’re so excited to bring Saladworks to Southampton and show the community that convenient, fast-casual food options can also be healthy and fresh,” said Alvin. “As someone that has worked in the food service industry, I understand what separates a quality product. I am confident the people of Southampton will really enjoy Saladworks.”
