Repeat Shoplifter Nabbed At Feasterville Store

A Philadelphia man had stolen merchandise from the East Street Road store before, Lower Southampton Police said. Find out which one below.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A routine shoplifter at a Feasterville retail outlet is in custody, police said.

The Lower Southampton Township Police Department said that James Wills, 41, of Philadelphia, was charged with retail theft from TJ Maxx, and that he's stolen from the East Street Road store before.

Police responded to TJ Maxx on May 5 regarding a suspicious man, who was wearing a green Eagles cap, black hoodie, and dark pants, selecting clothing in the store.

Loss Prevention tracked Wills as he exited the store without paying for the items and coordinated with police.

Wills was confronted by officers outside with the unpaid merchandise and was charged with retail theft, police said.
