"We are extremely grateful to you —the Lower Southampton community —for all past donations. Thank you for the continued and tremendous support you provide to the Lower Southampton Fire Department," the department said in a Facebook post.

The department is also seeking new members.

LSFD accepts applicants aged 14 and up who want to volunteer to serve and protect the township.
A new law allows for that age recruitment, allowing recruits to become interior firefighters by age 18.
