Street Road Lane Closures To Last For 2 Weeks

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —Motorists driving on Street Road during a six-hour span are going to be dealing with weekday lane closures, PennDOT said.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that PECO Energy will be performing utility construction on Street Road through July 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The work started Tuesday.

A weekday lane closure is scheduled on Street Road in both directions between Stump Road and Buck Road, PennDOT said.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur.
