Woman Charged With Multiple Philly Region Retail Thefts

Lower Southampton Township Police charged a Bristol woman for retail thefts. She was also wanted in Montgomery County.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Lower Bucks County woman has been charged with retail thefts that also included ones in neighboring Montgomery County, police said.

The Lower Southampton Township Police Department responded on Sunday to TJ Maxx at 135 East Street Road in Feasterville for a report of a retail theft in progress.

Police said suspect was a repeat offender who was concealing multiple stolen items and had two active retail theft warrants issued by Lower Southampton Police.

The suspect was detained and identified as Ashley Mack, 34, of Bristol Borough.

Mack was searched during her arrest, and the concealed TJ Maxx merchandise was recovered.

A records check also revealed several outstanding warrants, including:

  • Abington Township Police Department (Retail Theft Offense)
  • Bucks County Sheriff's Office (Failure to Appear – Retail Theft)
  • Montgomery County Sheriff's Office (Failure to Appear – Retail Theft)

Mack was arraigned and transported to Bucks County Prison, where she will await multiple preliminary hearings.
