Borough Enacts New Parking Restrictions

Malvern officials have enacted new parking restrictions for certain areas in the borough, according to an alert.

On-street parking on Monument Avenue is now restricted to marked spaces only, identified by ‘T’ markings. If a vehicle is parked anywhere on Monument Avenue outside of the designated spaces, tickets will be issued, officials say.

New “Parking in Marked Spaces Only” signs have been erected on both the north and south sides of Monument Avenue.

Additionally, parking is restricted on Prospect Avenue.

There will also be temporary parking restrictions on streets east of Warren Avenue as crews conduct street sweeping services.
