• Over 200 Apartments, Retail Space Coming to Malvern After Office Building Demolition (delco.today) — A Malvern office building at 52 Swedesford Road is slated for demolition to make way for 250 apartments plus new retail, including a market and café, starting in 2026 once approvals are finalized. Most units will be market-rate, but 30 will be discounted workforce housing, alongside amenities like a clubhouse, walking trail, courtyard, and dog park near Penn State Great Valley and The Grove.
