'Cars For Charity' To Remember Veterans: Sept. 24 In Malvern
Local Malvern businesses host a 'Cars for Charity' event to empower veterans and families of fallen heroes.

MALVERN, PA — Malvern is gearing up for the 3rd Annual Cars for Charity for the Travis Manion Foundation, a nonprofit to benefit veterans and families of fallen heroes.
The show is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, at Closets by Design , 60 Three Tun Road, Malvern, PA 19355
All makes, models and types of rides are invited to participate in this dazzling display of automotive excellence complete with judging and awards. The event brings together car enthusiasts, local businesses, and charity supporters to support the foundation.

Manion, a first lieutenant in the U.S. Marines, died at age 26 on April 27, 2007, in Iraq. He was awarded a Silver Star and a Bronze Star with Valor.
Travis was raised in Doylestown, Bucks County. His mother, Janet, founded the Travis Marion Foundation, to honor the fallen while challenging the living.

The vehicles on display include classic cars, modern marvels, motorcycles, and custom creations. Whether you're a car enthusiast or just appreciate automobiles, there's something to captivate your interest.
Presented by Closets by Design - Southeastern PA, the event is also supported by neighboring businesses Main Line Armory and Locust Lane Craft Brewery. Foster Ave Carvery, Richie’s Water Ice, Locust Lane, and Chaddsford Winery will provide food, wine, and craft beer.
