Enjoy Cupcakes For a Cause at Cupcakes Gourmet

Enjoy a decadent treat and feel good about it too. This month, Cupcakes Gourmet is offering a Belgian chocolate cupcake with strawberry buttercream which will help benefit Daisy's Eye Cancer Fund.

The cupcake is named after Cupcakes Gourmet owner Maki Evans' daughter Chloe, for whom "the first two weeks of Chloe’s life were uncertain and fraught with major health concerns; doctors suspected she had a rare eye cancer," according to Cupcakes Gourmet website. But, Chloe's eye had miraculously cleared up.

In celebration of the miracle, Chloe now chooses a cupcake flavor for the month of her birthday to help raise funds for Daisy's Eye Cancer Fund.
