Former Malvern Piano Teacher Admits To Fondling Students: Report

A former piano teacher at the Malvern School of Music pleaded guilty Friday to multiple counts of indecent assault and endangerment.

A former piano teacher at the Malvern School of Music pleaded guilty Friday to multiple counts of indecent assault and endangerment in connection to his conduct with six students, according to the Daily Local News.

Anton Fomin, 45, a Russian national living in East Pikeland, reportedly admitted in court to such behavior as fondling students through and underneath their clothes, pulling down their pants, exposing himself to them and showing them naked photos of himself, his wife and other young children.

The victims, four boys and two girls, were all under the age of 10.

All of the incident occurred at the school, the report said. Fomin was arrested in June 2014.

As part of the plea agreement, Fomin will serve a term of 42 months to 7 years in prison, plus an additional five years of probation, according to the report. The sentence also includes consecutive terms of one to two years imprisonment on each of three counts of indecent assault, six months to one year in prison on three counts of endangering the welfare of children, and the probation on three more counts of endangering.
