Green Energy Forum Planned for April 18

State Rep. Duane Milne and East Whiteland Township's Environmental Advisory Council will host the event.

East Whiteland's Environmental Advisory Council has teamed up with state Rep. Duane Milne to hold an alternative energy discussion. The Green Energy Forum will be held April 18 from 6:30 to 9 p.m., at the .

According to the township notice:

This Forum is to educate residents about alternative energy options available to homeowners. The panel of speakers will address: solar energy, geothermal energy, state programs, private financing opportunities, and money saving opportunities through energy audits.

Homeowners who have installed green energy systems will be on hand to answer questions. Representatives from PECO, PA Department of Environmental Protection, Smart Energy Initiative, Brandywine Valley Heating and Air Conditioning will also attend.
