Flag football and flag football sideline cheerleading are returning to the Great Valley Community Organization (GVCO) this fall! Some other exciting news, we are adding a fourth-grade division. All girls and boys from kindergarten through fourth grade are welcome, no matter the skill level. We want to introduce younger children to the sport, teach the fundamentals, and have fun playing flag football or cheerleading!
GVFL Flag Football is only open to Great Valley School District residents. Teams will be rostered by GVSD elementary school and grade, so kids can play with their classmates. Teams will have 8-10 players and play 5v5 to allow for maximum participation. High school players will be refereeing the games. At the end, teams will also be able to play a super fun game of tug of war! Go to our website to find out more and to register!
GV Cheer is a wonderful program that helps your child grow and make amazing new friends. Join a Great Valley Junior Patriots’ cheerleading squad and fall in love with this fun, popular sport! The cheer program is a combination of a sideline and a competitive cheer team. For our flag football sideline cheer program, we accept all kids from the Great Valley School District and other surrounding schools in grades K-4th.
