Health Inspections In Malvern Eateries In January
Chester County health inspectors found a few violations in restaurants in Malvern in January.
MALVERN, PA — Health inspectors paid visits to six establishments in Wayne during the first three weeks of January.
Inspectors found some establishments in violation of health codes set by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.

- Teapioca Lounge, 215 Lancaster Ave., four violations, orange slices and cut pineapple on prep area, unapproved bug zapper, no paper towels at hand sink, mops not hung to dry.
- Bombay Dhabba, 490 Lancaster Ave., 10 violations, food workers wearing one glove, foods in prep area with no coverings, raw eggs in cooler, food not labeled, food stored at the wrong temperature, knives wrapped with duct tape, old unused equipment in the kitchen area, no certified food manager.
- Great Valley Middle School, 225 N. Phoenixville Pike, dented cans item in the food area, and ice on the ceiling.
- Great Valley Senior High, 225 N. Phoenixville Pike, temperature for ensure proper temperatures not readily accessible.
- Flik Corporate Dining, 1300 Brennan Blvd., dented can in dry good storage, hand wash area block by cart.
