How Christmas Impacts Trash Pickup
Garbage collection in Malvern is getting moved around for the holiday.
Should you put the trash out on a different day this week, due to Christmas? Check below to find out:
In East Whiteland and Willistown, the purchase of trash collection service is left up to residents. Many companies service the Great Valley:
- Waste Management will not operate on Wednesday, and services will be one day delayed the rest of the week.
- AJ Blosenski - Trash and recycling will be collected on Saturday.
- Republic Services / Allied Waste will collect one day late (see below).
- Charles Blosenski Disposal
- Ches-Mont Disposal
- Galante Hauling, Inc.
- J. P. Mascaro and Sons will collect Friday instead of Thursday for once-per-week customers.

As a general rule, holidays push our residential pickup schedules back one day with regular schedules resuming the following week. [Effective Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.]
