Strawberry Bakery Offers French Baking Lessons

Enjoy French pastries? Always wanted to learn how to bake like the French but can't afford to fly across the Atlantic? You're in luck—Strawberry Bakery's own head baker and owner, Jean-Pierre Bournazel, offers baking classes once a month. 

On April 14, from 10 a.m. to noon, Bournazel will teach students how to make French baguettes, breadsticks, ham-and-cheese croissants, cheese bread, and pistachio crème brûlée. They offer classes at their shop in Malvern as well as through the Chester County Night School.

Classes at their Malvern shop are $36 per person, per class, which includes a step-by-step menu guide, baking lessons and pastries to take home. You can register for the classes by calling 610-644-8484.
